MTR Solutions S.à R.L. is a luxembourgish company mainly offering services in the IT field. We do not collect any personal data for the purpose of marketing or sharing with third parties. However, special protection is granted to all data collected in strict compliance with the principles of the EU directives on data protection but also in accordance with national standards. Except legal exceptions below, no personal information will be transferred to third parties without your prior permission.
To carry out its activities, MTR Solutions S.à R.L. must collect and process data concerning your company, concerning you personally, concerning your computer and telephone equipment and its configuration. This data is collected directly from you, your company, or the equipment itself during the configuration or audit process. The purpose of this collection and its treatment is to install and maintain your equipment or to prepare projects or offers concerning you. On your request or with your acceptance, this data may also be shared, if necessary with companies likely to provide you with a service related to the intervention you have entrusted to us (for example: telephone or network operators, hardware dealers, financing or leasing companies, etc.). In order to improve our level of service, this data can also be used for a satisfaction survey with you.
As required by law, certain data may be disclosed, without your consent, to third parties, including:
• Public services such as the “Administration de l’Enregistrement et des Domaines », the Police, the Civil and Criminal Courts and its auxiliaries, both nationally and internationally.
• Experts appointed by you, your company or your insurance company, or to other third parties in connection with your project or service.
All data is kept for the following periods :
• 10 years from the completion of the service for client files (date of the issued invoice);
• 5 years for information relating to the quotations.
• 10 years for invoices.
You have a right of access, rectification, deletion (except in cases where the regulations in force at the time of the request do not allow the exercise of this right) of the data concerning you directly, by sending a written registered request with acknowledgment of receipt to the independent Data Protection Officer appointed by MTR Solutions S.à RL:

Additionally, anyone who communicate with us by email is taken to accept consciously and without reservation the risks that these messages (including any attachments) may contain information which is privileged or confidential and that the se messages may be addressed erroneously to the wrong recipient.
E-mails are unsecure and cannot be guaranteed to be error free as they can be intercepted, lost, modified or destroyed.
Anyone who communicates with us by email is taken to accept these risks.
